African School Year Resumes and ITAV Expands in Uganda

Across Africa, schools are set to reopen after summer break as students prepare for their final term of the school year. ITAV libraries remained open during the holidays and witnessed a steady flow of enthusiastic learners and community members, all of whom are dedicated to enriching their knowledge through books.

This coming term, ITAV is also excited to welcome Jollyland School in Uganda to its list of programs. Jollyland will be participating in Village Voices, ITAV’s monthly reading sessions, enriching the educational experience for its students. All ITAV programming will resume in our libraries with the beginning of the new term.
